Yes you can, its called pseudocyesis or hysterical pregnancy. The mind is very powerful.

Yes, it can happen. There are some women who think they are PG so bad that their bodies actually go threw the symtoms of being PG and they are not. There are some that they start leaking from the breast and they don't have a period. I'm not sure the medical name for it, but there has been a lot of cases pertaining to this problem.
My suggestion is just relax and let nature take its course. You will get PG eventually. But PLEASE don't put yourself threw the agony of false pregnacy. Its very disappointing. So, be careful please.

Yes, if you think about it so much you will start believing that you are pregnant and that youre gaining weight and things like that even though youre not.

yes you can - its all in the mind
with my son, I never had any pg symptoms - the day I did the pg tests - I started feeling sick - bad back etc.. coincidence?
