Why are you afraid? You son is a gift, an amazing creature that is unlike anything else in the world. Just love him. Love him as he is, and love him no matter what. That is all he needs and wants, and dont worry about him being tall! Support that, and dont be focussed on criticizing it. Encourage him to play sports, and use his height to his advantage. 6ft isnt all that tall!! And, yes, he will probably get a few inches taller. Encourage him to live the life and the dreams that you never got to, because he is tall!! And, dont be afraid of something you know nothing about! Him being tall is just the way he was made!

Why do you want him to stop him from growing taller? That would be considered child abuse! There are no exercises to make someone stop growing!! I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm 5'10". My dad is 6'2" and my mum is 5'7"... the current teenage generation are just getting taller anyway... one of my guy friends grew like 6 inches in 5 months

my S.S teachers says that Jesus was 6 ft tall (and everyone back then was around 5 feet tall) and see, Jesus was a gift to the world. Your child is special.
My Science teacher says that this generation of kids will probably be taller than them b/c fast food places put steriods in some of the food to make it bigger! When the steriod is consumed, the bones pull on the muscle and you will grow.
another possiblity is that someone in your family was very tall , and he got the gene for tallness from them
does he excersice alot? this can also be a reason why he is so tall. working out circulates the blood and bones pull on muscle as i have said b4

Why worry, tall is great. My brother was about that height at 13 parents around 5'8 the same. He's 6'4 now and looks fab, though he does have a problem getting clothes to fit sometimes.

My son is 15 years old 6ft1 size 13 boot and he has plenty of growing yet they don't stop till 21 years oh yeah i am 5ft4

it's okay 2 b tall there is nothin wrong w/it but no i dont think there is anyway 2 stop him from growing

At 13, he will probably keep growing. Don't stress out about it, its great to be tall. Just please let him grow, why would you want to stop this?

I am 5'6 and father is 5'7. Our son is 6'3 and still growing (18 years old)
