Agent 99, on TV u always had a FINE @$$, so either are perfect. For a active day, shorts are great. But if you wanna get hot with your lover, then the mini is the real deal. You should have the tone to go with it - but height is immaterial, short or tall, legs are LEGS. Heels work great with both too. Whew, 99, you got poor ol Maxwell all flustered. See u across the Ocean sometime!

they are only skanky when a girl wears them too high up or she has an extra small size and it seems so tight on her. As long as she has the right size and its fitted properly it shouldnt look skanky.
I know this girl who is all nerdy and quite. and she wore a short skirt with like thesestockings that go to your knees underneath the skirt. and it looked perfectly fine.
its just skanky girls who wear these skirts wrong, make it look so bad.

Depends on the bum but both are great!
It's only skanky when the rest of the girl is.

mini skirts are better but they should go out wearing neither on
