Hi friend, A usb and Blue-tooth connections when compared u will find the working of USB very fast compared to Blue tooth.
The main cause behind is working with USB makes your mobile a temporary drive and thus working becomes fast, While working with Blue tooth the mobile is an another system, and data between two systems are transferred thus taking much time.
THANKS

USB. i'ved tried it and USB is much faster than bluetooth. and the signal from the bluetooth to your phone must me constant, i mean the phone doesn't move a lot, because this causes the phone to disconnect from the PC.
