Right now I am In Iraq And I need to work on my other computer witch is in New York how can I do it

Well, this can get a little complicated. Your question is not very specific, but IF you're talking about sharing files with your PC at home while your in Iraq, then there are a few options. If your scenario is that you're comp at home has files that you need to access remotely, then what you're going to have to do, is set up your home profile to become a "roaming" profile, which you would set up on your current PC that you have with you as well. With the correct shared UNC between the two PC's you would be able to share files presumably.

So you are in Iraq and your computer is in NY. If you have a computer in Iraq you can just check your e-mail and work on this computer. I don't have any another idea....
