I am trying to save a picture rich tutorial. I would possibly like to save it as an pdf.I dont want to print it.

Adobe Acrobat is best, buts its spendy .....
However, you can find freeware and shareware programs to create PDF files (which is what you need).

We got number of tools which allow to download complete website exactly as how it is... You can get them by typing "website+downloader" in yahoo search page.. It will list you bunch of tools.. download them and try... All the best.
