In My House , Me and 3 of my friends are sharing internet using router . Me and 2 other Friends TTL are 128 , But one of them are 64 . Is it mean the 64 guy trying to steal our internet speed ? Does this TTL effect our speed ?

Well i would not let her get free internet!! That is so rude! You sound like you're a really nice person and you don't want to upset her but you can't let her take advantage like that. And that is a perfectly reasonable reason. Why should you put up with slow connection when you're the one paying?? Just tell her straight and if she's an actual friend she will understand. You don't have to be aggressive just say what you have said here.......
