Hi >
OK usually just after the 25th, to get rid of the Christmas unsold stock.
But a lot of shops around here are already giving substantial discounts on stuff.
I picked up an interesting gizmo for my nephew at Toys R Us, and haggled them down to one third of the advertised price.
Not a chepskate, but if they are stuck with loads of over-ordered stuff, I reccommend just making them an offer for it.
Often works a treat.
All the best
Bob

A lot of places already have their sales on as Christmas hasn't been that great for people purchasing stuff. Main ones will probably start just after Christmas though so you can be gutted about all the presents you bought at full price being radically reduced in the sales!!

Most of them are already discounting like mad so the sales - which usually start Boxing Day or the day after - won't see any major bargains this year.

I work at Debenhams and we've got some discounts on at the moment! Go in on Boxing Day though!
