My friend, to answer that question, modify what you eat and eat often to keep burning fat and drink lots of water. Then combine it with some cardiovascular exercises at least 3xs a week and with some light weight training (more repetitions and less weight) along with ab exercises... you too will be on your way to a leaner and healthier you. There are supplements on the market to help with expediting fat loss and they work really good with a good routine followed. SWEAT bro. just SWEAT.
First clear it with your physician before you get into these for health reasons.

the best way is to eat less exercise more. u can't remove fat from just one part of your body - if u lose fat u lose it every where, on the stomach it will be the last to go. continue exercising and eating less. doing more push ups or sit ups isn't going to help u reduce fat from stomach. u will get just some muscles under your fat
