The flickering\shaking on your monitor screen is due to and high magnetic object near your monitor ( it could be a UPS or Stabilizer or Speaker), or there could be a high tension wire running near your computer area.

There reason for your problem of flickering\shaking is that when electrons that are coming out of your cathode tube (from your monitor) to strike on the screen are being magnetically or electrically pulled by either of the field that is running near your monitor. so the electrons strike abnormally on the screen creating a flickering\shaking effect.

Well the best thing That I can think of off the my head is that you need to degauss the monitor.

there should be a Menu button on the monitor then go in there and you should see what looks like a magnet... Then you select that and the monitor will reset.

if that doesn't work then you go to your desktop and right click and then select the properties, then go to Settings and then the Advanced tab and then the Driver tab and make sure you have the updated driver for your monitor.

All else fails contact me and I will walk you thru more detailed steps to fix.. or the monitor has just about had it.
