OVER the pants? Lol! We must be in different parts of the world, because here that means you wear them on top of your pants, and I don't recall any sane person doing that to "show them off".

I wear boxers, and I wear them inside of my pants. With one exception though, I do have a pair of pants that I wear for fun that has a big old hole in the crotch so that you can see my boxers CLEARLY, when I wear these pants I just have to wear my leopard patterned boxers =P sorry lol, but I like to draw attention there when I go out in a disgusting but yet oh so pleasing way lol.

They are under my pants not over them, but yes they do sometimes show of the top of the waistband of my pants. So what?
