Depending upon the time available to you plan out your programme of study as follows.

Stage 1. First Reading - During any time of the day when you feel like pick up a subject and read it as if you were reading a novel. Do not worry about the fact that you do not understand or will not be able to recall what you are reading.

Stage 2. Second Reading - ( This depends upon your own plan of action. Either after having given one reading to all the subjects or any one particular subject - its your choice )
After the first reading take up the subject for a second reading but this time you should have a pencil with you. Start marking the important points and the clarifications you could seek from someone. Since some words , phrases and concepts will be familiar as you have already gone through the book once, you will find the reading a bit easy but this time let it be a bit serious and try to concentrate on the points.
3. Third reading - This is a real serious business. Keep a note book with you and as you keep reading take down short notes of the important points you had already made or maybe also in addition to them.
This is a lengthy process but If you do it properly you will have not much of a problem recollecting what you have studied. It requires planning so that a week before the exams you are attempting answering previous years question papers

Better is to go stage by stage for all the subjects ie. finish first reading for all the papers and then start the second reading.
there should be minimum time for the first reading and maximum time allocated for the third reading
wish you all the best
