For the past couple of years I searched high and low to find a good career for me but I'm undecided. Recently I thought about getting in to medical field (medical Billing and coding) Do anybody know if there is good money in that field?

I had worked for a Physicans billing Company for approx. 1yr and 3 months and then went to work for childrens hosp. I really learned alot . I would master one job description and then ask for another position once it came open. they do have ICD-9 books and proc. code books, so you would be able to reference them at any time.
You know that was in 1992 and after being there 8 months it was X-mas, and I got a $1,200 dollar bonus. see I also did collections there too. All the staff recvd a x-mas bonus. That was nice. then I went into nursing and the bonus I recvd for a hard years work is a turkey or a box of chocolate.

i say bank business is a good one if u have hot appearance and u re smart and make a good career. my hubby is a banker - very entertaining job - lunches with clients, dinners with clients, coctails with clients, business trips business class staying in 5 stars hotels, lots of expensive free stuff for personal use and plus if he doesn't feel like working he might stay at home. plus very long vacation time. but keeping in mind he is on the very top of the bank management and he made a very good career. his brother has the same education - unemployed now. so if u feel lots of energy u might try. good luck. did i mention the highest salary among all average people? and trust me - way higher than any doctor will ever get. well, maybe a surgeon, a private one, for plastic surgery

yes, Medical is the best career
