I did a lot of thinking and decide to be a manager, seriously, how to be a manager?
I think
If work in the company, then
(1) I will perhaps work hard for years to be a manager
(2) If I get a MBA, then it saves time but still needs some time
If I start my own business, then
I will be a manager immediately

So how can I be a manager? I know it sounds a lil childlike but come on, everybody has a dream.

Thanks

I’m a senior business administration student, and I can tell you becoming a successful management is far more harder than what u can imagine, it needs skill, experience, knowledge and art! But if want to give you a pice of advices I can suggest you to study a couple of books on management topics in that case you’ll be able to have a better understanding of management and its different districts that you can try and you feel you more like em, and after that having some informal management courses or a two years mba course might be advisable.
