In short you must have three things in order for an engine to run. You must have power, fuel, and compression. Check to see that you have power at the spark plug. Check the fuel thing by purchasing a can of carburetor/choke cleaner. Have a friend help you do this. Remove the air cleaner from the throttle body, hold the accelerator all the way open, spray this cleaner into the throat of the engine for about 3-4 seconds. Back the can away, and have your friend try to start the engine. If it fires momentarily, the fuel system is breaking down, as in a bad fuel pump, blown fuse, faulty fuel pressure regulator, plugged fuel filter, bad hose, or a restricted return line to the tank. If it does not start and you are sure you have power to the spark plugs, you may want to do a compression test to rule out the timing belt/chain. If you still have no luck, then you may want to consider the computer being at fault.
Glad I could help, Good Luck!!!

Does it get a good spark? If it doesn't then have youe Ignition Control Modual tested. Autozone stores will do this for free.
