try to talk with her and try to make her ur best frnd and make her feel that without u she cant live a moment, she needs u in evry step and moment of her life.u try to talk with her more on ur studies matter but make sure u remain closer to her,be protective towards her and try to help her in evry way and when u feel she herself comes and talk with u, then one day tell her that u love her but b careful about the reaction.in order that she wont say u knw u should reveal that ur love is true and take time b4 sayin this, try to ask her whom she likes and other things but stay to ur limit so that she dont suspect anything wrong 4m u.

smile at her when you always see her,make her feel that you have a nice personality,you have aloving heart(when you start talking to her)
crack some jokes(gal's like jokes) try to mingle with her friends
after being so close, give her a nice gift and say about you'r love

Well, I gather, ou already know her and you are friends...
Know her likes & dislikes. Try to know whether the feelings of love or love is reciprocated. Do those small little things to please her. Show that you care. You will get some response...
And then, one fine day you may express the feelings...
