It is almost impossible to get anything country in SA. Trust me, I've tried!! Your best bet besides getting it online (try Amazon.com) would be to import it. Look & Listen are pretty good with this. You can try Musica megastores as well but if the record companies haven't released info, you will have a problem as I've encountered when trying to get Trace Adkins "Dangerous Man."
