Clear your cache and delete your cookies.

If you use MS Internet Explorer:

1. Click 'Tools' at the top of your IE browser window.
2. Select 'Internet Options' from the menu.
3. Select the 'General' tab, if it's not already selected.
4. Locate the 'Browsing history' section and click 'Delete...'
5. In the 'Temporary Internet Files' section, click 'Delete files...' If a pop-up window appears, click 'Yes.'
6. In the 'Cookies' section, click 'Delete cookies...' If a pop-up window appears, click 'Yes.'

If you use Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click 'Tools' at the top of your browser window.
2. Click 'Options.'
3. Select the 'Privacy' icon.
4. Select the 'Cache' tab.
5. Click 'Clear Cache Now.'
6. Select the 'Cookies' tab.
7. Click 'Clear Cookies Now.'

Check your SSL configuration (SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, & TLS 1.0 must be selected)

If you use MS Internet Explorer:

1. Select 'Tools' from your browser menu.
2. Select 'Internet Options.'
3. Select the 'Advanced' tab.
4. Scroll to the 'Security' section and ensure that 'Use SSL 2.0,' 'Use SSL 3.0,' and 'Use TLS 1.0' are checked.
5. Click 'OK.'

If you use Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click 'Tools' at the top of your browser window.
2. Click 'Options.'
3. Select the 'Advanced' icon.
4. Select the 'Security' tab and ensure that 'Use SSL 2.0,' 'Use SSL 3.0,' and 'Use TLS 1.0' are checked.
5. Click 'OK.'

Switch off Internet Security programs such as Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security, Black Ice, Kerio Personal Firewall or Webwasher.

also empty ur temporarry file and temp internet files folders
