1. What time to you usually go to sleep at?
2. What time do you think would be reasonable for me (19-yr-old, no college to go to, have trouble going to sleep but once i fall asleep i'm out cold) to go to sleep at? (this question's dead serious; don't answer this one unless it's a serious answer.)

I can not truthfully say.
However, I always try to close my eyes at 11: 00 pm.

I go to sleep after 11, but don't actually fall asleep until after 12. This isn't so nice for me in the morning when I cram in as much work as possible. But you should probably try to go to bed within the timeframe of 10-11PM if you want to have an early start. If not, whenever you feel like!

If you cant sleep well at night, make an effort to add in some hours in the day...

I say work as hard and tiring as you could get in the day...and sleep at latest is ten or eleven...in the morning, its not good to sleep in the afternoon, but 12 may be ok...

dont ask when i sleep, whenever theres a deadline, i dont sleep...whenever there isnt i faint totally...

1. 4 - 5am Wish I could go earlier but I can't pass out till after 4am!

2. Whenever u feel tired! Back when I had a job I'd go to bed at midnight. Maybe that would be good for you?

I go to bed at 10:30 - 11:00 pm

Go to bed early, make sure you get plenty of your beauty sleep - 10:00 pm is reasonable.

I go to sleep anywhere from 2AM to 5 or 6AM depending on the questions for that night.

during week days, i sleep at 11 exactly :) i wake up at 7 15 so i like to have enough sleep! during the weekend, i sleep after midnight, sometime around 1 am!

i have a sleeping disorder so i stay up late all night and maybe sleep for a couple of hours a day, but that's not it.

ideal sleeping time is from 1 am to 8 am. you should always have a 7 hour sleep, but not longer because if you sleep longer it will putt your body out off balance.
so, set your alarm clock and have nice dreams

well as for me i like to go to bed around 10 p.m. but i usually get about 6 hours of sleep. anyways, it depends on you though. you just have to find your knack where you feel refreshed during the day. if sleeping for 4 hours or 10 is it than that is how it is.

i honestly go to sleep around 3 am or sometimes even later than that, a reasonable time for u to go to sleep around 11:30 at nigth.

when ever i feel like it since im in college and use to wakin up at the same exact time in the morning. but for you since you arent in school, you should go to bed at about 11 and wake up at 7am. this prevents you from becoming a slob so that when you wake up you can look for a job or something, sincerely
