For instance, when I think the thought while being tired, "I want to go to the market",
Do you receive the thought, "I want to go to the market"?
Or do you receive, "I want to go to I'm tired for some cookies the market"?
What kind of the thoughts do you receive at once? Do you receive a bunch at once, or just a string?
Can you give an example?

I always get the thought, "That crazy Axis of Oddity always wants me to go to the market when she's tired. Why can't she get off her lazy @$$ and do it herself?"

telepathy or physic ability's?
telepathy is like me talking to you without words or movement, I can't do that.
Physic ability's have never been proved in a lab but many claim to have this gift. I myself have had a few "visions" that came true but they are once or twice a year at most but happen in clusters for me and streams for some of my friends
