Most of the time i talk to myself. i even loos track of time talking to myself. i become the speaker and i become the spectator. some time i become extreamly happy for no reason and the next moment i become very sad or very angry. Sometime when i am talking to myself and get angry on some topic i start shouthing or hitting things. Many old memories come crawling back to me causing laughter of anger. sometimes i feel very strong and reckless and other time i fell very insecure. the only time i fill comfprtable is when i watch comedy movies. even then sometimes i lose tracks if some story reminds me of something. How can i rest myself?

What you are suffering from sounds more like bipolar disorder (manic-depressive disorder). I am not a Dr. but it sounds like you should speak to one about this. The wild fluctuations of mood suggest a chemical imbalance of some kind. Please seek out a professional, or do some research on bipolar disorder to see if it sounds like how you are feeling.

First, I don't think you have a case of multiple personalities but sound like you are under a great deal of stress. My moods fluctuate, sometimes I have been known to total conversations with myself but I am trying to work out my problem out loud. Go to a therapist. If you think you need help I believe you. Best wishes.

Go to the Doctor, is certainly sounds like bi-polar to me, however, no matter what people may say to you, your best bet is a profesional. The rest of us really can't say for sure.

I think you may be bi-polar. However, that fact that you recognize this is a good thing. Questioning your sanity is good. Go see a Psychologist. I was wondering, can you control yourself in public?

Have some tea 3 times a day and meditate..... Meditation calms the nerves if you can get your mind to be still for a little while.....

Start breathing very slowly..... consider the breath going in and out of the body...... slow it down..... Do not focus on your thoughts or anything that "jumps" into your thougths.... focus on your breath going into and out of your body........

Now, relax the muscles of your feet... think about your feet.... focus on them..... think on your legs now.... focus on them... breathe..... and relax their muscles..... slow breath..... focus now on your hips.... your stomach muscles.... relax them.... breathe.... think on your chest.... relax..... breathe.... think on your shoulders and your arms..... now your fingers.... breathe.... relax..... Now your neck... and your facial muscles... just keep breathing........

Go over these steps at least 5 times.... and focus on your whole body relaxing...... now place yourself somewhere beautiful in the world.... ((I like the bank of a river)).... focus on the sound that you hear...... bring it to reality and you will hear it.......

But, keep breathing.......

You will relax, I promise!!!.... but only if you stay focussed on what it is that you are trying to do and not on what is going on with you......
