Honestly, I dun think that most people ARE concerned about either. I don't see any countries having law or by-laws concerning there, ok, maybe they do, but the enforcement part of it? Many many countries have set aside forest reserve for conservation purpose, but let's face it, conservation will not bear the heavy pressure of PROFIT! Same be it for air and water, since the pollution level for either both is still not at a worrying stage.
