What makes a joke "funny", is the amount of truth it has to it.

1. Who started it is a question that cannot be answered with exactly, as everybody knows a joke, and everybody shares them. So we cannot exactly say who started it.
2. We do not insult them. Insulting is just saying "You are an imbecile!". But, we just make fun of them.
3. I know blonds that are smarter than most brunettes, so, they are necessary stupid, but they fall for it faster.
4. Are you blond? Because no brunette would ask such a question :)

a long time ago in the 60's for some strange reason most actress that played in moves or t.v. always played dumb and blond.
