Is there any job that you're not going to do it?

Please be specific I need an intelligent answer...being a manager doesn't mean you're not working...thanks guys....

What does "Is there any job that you're not going to do it?" mean?

There are lots of jobs I'm never going to do. I'm never going to be a brain surgeon or airline pilot or gigolo. Partly because I'm not qualified, partly because of lack of interest.
