This Kid can Play give him the ****** Ball and let him work I think Bynum is going to be a force in this league. I think Phil has a big ego he knows if Bynum plays well that mean Kareem will get the credit too because Kareem Abdul Jabbar has really done a great job with this Kid. I say go inside and out get Bynum touches and get him going early and then kobe and lamar can do their thing the triangle should be KB,LO,AB I think the lakers have their next star big man and his name is Andrew Bynum.

Although I do agree with you that the triangle should run with Bynum remember that at the beginning of the year it did. He was the starting Center for the first fifteen or so games, but he was moved down because of his poor work ethic and in general not trying. The Coach has tried work with him on this, but it seems that Bynum just is happy where he is right now and Jackson decided to try out Kwame Brown.
However, on a side note, I do think that Jackson has a big ego, and really if he went to Charlotte right now he would not win anything, for years and years to come. The reason he has nine Championship rings is the six with Jordan and Pippen doing all of the work and 3 with Shaq and Kobe.

He doesn't play Bynum because he has been late for practices and meeting several times and Phil doesn't like it that he takes it easy sometimes in practices.
Right now, Phil is just trying to teach the kid a lesson and is trying to get him to earn his job back from Kwame Brown.
