You don't say how far apart they are.
If you have line of sight from one to the other you can use a pair of directional antennas (such as yagi design) pointng at each other and run a couple of wireless access points in "bridge mode".

I do exactly this between my business and my home over a couple of 21db directional antennas (running two access points in "bridge mode" which means they are invisible and ignore any WiFi traffic so that it forms the equivalent of a cable between the two antennae). I use short masts on the roofs to clear trees etc.

I don't have a domain server (as I don't need one) so just ensure that the PCs at each end run the same workgroup name and all have IP addresses in the same group. You can have your internet gateway at one site and everyone can use it.

I also run VOIP and a webcam over the wireless bridge to the gateway.

If on the other hand you are too far apart for that (noting that two yagis can probably stretch up to 20km or more in clear line of sight) you would have to look at internet tunnelling or in other words set up a virtual private network.
