I have a Sony Ericsson Z520i which was originally on O2. I have had it unlocked and am now using Orange. The problem is I am unable to connect to the internet. I have downloaded the settings needed from the Orange website but I still get an error message telling me that the connection has failed. Please help

you need to contact orange for help its a regular accurence with there phone systems

go into internet on your main menu and press select,you will see a list of options,pres MORE,.you will see exit broser,orange,bookmarks etc,select orange and the phone should connect up to the internet ok,if that does not work, check your settings, turn the phone off and back on again and re try.
