Hello,
Animals help to spread seeds of plants & trees by eating the fruits or fruiting bodies (the fruits contain the plant seeds). Once consumed the seeds pass straight through the creatures digestive system and then are expelled when the animal deficates.
This is a very clever evolutionary trick, the tree or plant makes fruit to attract an animal, the animal gets food and the plant spreads itself and its genetic material to a new location where it can grow again. Its a win win situation, or a mutually benefical relationship between plant & animal. This happens across the whole world from Africa to Montanna to China and Timbuctu.

How animals spread seeds is when they explore food they have seeds stuck all over the body and they start falling off in other places. Bees pollinate flowers and when they get these tiny food in the middle part of a sun flower, they get them stuck in there body and while they are buzzing back to there home, some other small seeds that are stuck to the bee fall off and fall on some other flowers or on the ground. Thats how seeds fall all over the place.

The seeds (or spurs) stick into the fur of the animal and then are dropped later when the animal brushes up against something else.
Birds do it by eating berries and then the seeds are distributed in their droppings.

Birds and some mammals such as Pine Martens eat berries and then the seeds come out in their poo. The poo acts as a fertiliser to help the seeds grow. Some seeds have 'hooks' on them, such as Piri-piri Bur which get caught on animals fur and so are dispersed that way.

They eat grass and fruit.
The seeds pass through their guts and out their ****.
Also, some seeds stick to hide or fur and are transported that way.
The "psychedelic" mushroom is spread very well by bovine that eat them and excrete the spores into perfect little habitats.

animals eat fruits and berrys which contain the seeds of the plant. The gut acids cannot digest the seeds and when they are excreted they are planted in their own manure. If you go to a sewage works and veiw the tomato plants that is how they came to be

Many ways, they can eat them, and then poop them out later on in a different location. The seeds can get stuck in their fur and dislodge later. They can knock them out of trees. They can disturb them and put them into a breeze. They can have them stuck to their foot to fall off at a different location etc. etc. :)
