Yes it exists. I dated a guy for 8 months and he was an exhibitionist. Funny thing is, he'd never realized that he was until I discussed it with him. He lives in an apartment in the city that he loves--simply because it has a large picturesque window in which he parades through his apartment, blinds drawn, windows open--completely nude!
The majority of his sexual fantasies involved him being watched in some kind of way. The dreams centered on that detail. Him being watched. Him on display.
He was a body builder who didn't mind wearing the skimpiest of shorts and tanks when it was time for him to go work out. He assured me that he never followed on to the advances made by other guys in his gym, but he got such a thrill out of being watched while working out in such small gear. Even his bathing suits that he wore to the beach were super revealing. His thing was, "he never would go nude, but merely reveal enough and let [one's] imagination do the rest..."
It takes a very secure person to be with a person who's an exhibitionist. Sometimes you have to indulge in that side of them (which can be exciting) and other times, I couldn't help but wonder if it wasn't just some means of him being able to parade around in skimpy clothes.

They do really exist. My sis was one in her age of 16. I advised her and when she went to the peak, I reported to my parents. She felt soooo embrassed and stopped being an exhibitionist.

Exhibitionists do existt If they can be cured, it is very difficult. Most if not all of them keep on doing it regardless of the problems it causes them.
