We are moving to Dubai next year & live there for 3 yrs. with the family I'm working with as a helper here in Hong Kong. I want to know everything that there is to know about working in Dubai so I can make the proper decision whether to go with them or not. thanks.

Good country and great people. Expats can enjoy their life in Dubai. Only the cost of living is little high, if we are comparing with other Gulf countries.

well expats always get the better attention, and business here is booming, and its very cheap to live here just rent is too expensive, you can have a great life here, everything u need is available it looks like u are from hong kong, so u wont miss on ur city life cuz dubai has a variety of cultures here especially asian so u wont feel left out, and it mainly depends what ur job type is, but they have good pay and again its a wonderful life to live here. i love it the most becasuse it is safe, and business is great here!

I am working in Dubai, and honestly I have no life because work is too much, and there is too much traffic to go anywhere it takes ages to reach a place..and it is very crowded...

it depends on ur pakage as far as he cost of living is concerned . it is a bit expensive and prepare urself for less savings . it also depends on what facilities ur company is providing to u
if u have residence and transport provided hen its much better
the cultural and social life is not less then any other place and this place is famous for shoping bargains . multicultural society with limited freedom makes it good place to live and enjoy in total safety for family life.
