According to the book, it's not alright.
But is goes back to each person, and reflect why it is forbidden. My guess is because it stopped you from doing the wrong thing, like getting horny, or end up marrying that woman (because in Islam you are allowed to have more than one wife).
But then, if you're okay with seeing other's private body parts, I say it's okay to look at them. (just hold the temptations)
