Plug the memory stick into a spare USB port.
It should now be visible as a new drive.
Simply click on the files you wish to transfer, (hold the LH mouse key down) and drag the file to the memory stick drive.
Or right click on the file, copy and then paste into the new drive.

Plug it in into the usb port in your computer, if nothing pops up the click "My Computer", look under "devices with removable storage" and it might say "dvd drive" or something like "Removable Device E:", click it. A folder should pop up, find the file you want to put on the drive, and drag and drop it. If and icon pops up, it should give you choices like, open to view folder, etc, do the same, open the folder, drag and drop. This is simple, the other ways are complicated and really a waste of time.

Some good suggestions here already. Another way is just right click the file and pick "Send to" from the drop-down menu that apears, then select the drive from the list.

There's no right way or worng way, just a way that suits you.

You right click on what you want to save, select the drive, F or E etc (for the memory stick) then click save, and it should then be saved on the memory stick, hope this helps!
the same applies if you wanted to save a video clip, etc, you right click, select the memory stick drive, (from 'my computer' )then select save.
