what is it about christmas that makes us all act like children?!?

Because the magic rests with childhood memories and perceptions. Most children are unaware as yet of the harshness and pitfalls of adult life and their enjoyment is unsullied by practical preoccupations. So it is an attempt to go back to a period of life when things seemed to happen miraculously and there were less pressures and worries. It is a try to recapture the magic.

For a few weeks of the year we do not have to feel so bloody overwhelmed with our cares. All the lights, uplifting attitudes, and yes, Father Christmas and Presents, these are part of it. Even doubters may be given cause to just for a moment think that Christmas is the annual celebration of one of the Greatest People in all of history.

Christmas is probably the only time of year when adults get excited. It reminds of us of being children again, when we believed that magic was real and anything was possible.

i think its the lights , the colours and all the decoration
its a time of the year that we all feel somehow warm inside
even the tv is different , u see santa all over the places ... u receive cards , u write them , u think about presents
soooo i think that all of this makes u feel different , like a child or like a more caring person
have a nice XMAS !!!
