Spnd time together, buy each other a card, a present, jewellery for girls, flowers, chocolate, going out for dinner - romantic time together - females more into getting a present on Valentines day than the males - but you both usually give or keep it to a card each.
Lots get married on this day.

While in the united states we do it by passing out Valentine cards and giving choclate to the your loved ones. And giving flowers to your loved ones.

Well, we give each their heart shape valentines filled with chocolate, maybe some flowers,(roses) Make a nice dinner at home, a little wine, then you take it from there.
