Yeah, as others said, just copy it to your hard drive. Do this by highlighting the files you want, right clicking, and then going to copy. Go to the folder you want to put the files in and right click, then choose paste. The files will then show up there. Just open them up and edit them however you need to. If you want to put them back on the cd, you'd have to erase the disc and then re-burn it using some type of software like Nero, Easy CD Creator, or Sonic.

You could not do that direclty.
First you have to copy the data to your computer, edit it and then write it to the CD-RW.
The reason is as below.
When ever you save some data to the CD, it is actually burnt. If you are allowed, to edit the data in CD, then for each correction you make, the CD has to be burnt again and again, which would not be a good one for your CD as well as writer.
So you could not do it direclty.

I am assuming your CD to be a rewritable one. You have to copy the data to yuor computer's HDD, then edit it.
Now using Nero you can erase the data in your CD.Then write the data in your CD again from the HDD.

Copy it in your computer and then edit it.
Or if you want to edit data in the CD only, then if it is Re Writable, delete the data and theedit it.After that you can only Write the CD again.

Insert the disc into your computer's CD-ROM drive. Copy the files from the disc onto your hard drive. Edit your documents, save them to your hard drive, and then erase the CD-RW and burn the edited content to it.

there are two ways:
1) if cd is rewritable then you delet / add the required data.
2) if cd is not rewritable than you copy your data from dc to harddisk, then edit and write into new cd.
