How old are you? Have you had any unprotected sex?
The itch could be due to a fungus or herpes infection; hard to say.
It could also be due to accumulation of a body secretion called smegma. Draw your foreskin back, check if it has accumulated white powder in it (it has a strong bad odor). Wash the powder clean, and do this everyday. Hope the itch stops. If it doesnt, see a doctor at once.

Sound like yeast infection. A male yeast infection is usually a minor problem that can be easily treated with an anti-fungal cream or ointment. If you have signs and symptoms of a male yeast infection — such as itching or burning at the tip of your penis, or a red rash on your penis — consult your doctor.

By the way, women can also get yeast infections from men. So it's important to treat both partners if a yeast infection is suspected. To minimise the risk of passing the infection to a partner, it is generally recommended that you abstain from sexual activity until all of your symptoms are gone.

I am Anti Circumcision. If you are whole - Stay that way. Do not get circumcised!!!

Presumably you are uncircumcised, so, every day morning and night, you will need to pull the foreskin fully back all the way to completely expose the groove beneath the penis head, then wash the area carefully with warm water and a mild baby soap. This may not be enough to relieve the itching and you should see your doctor about the cause. While you are there you should ask about getting circumcised - that will cure the problem effectively and permanently and you will be more comfortable, hygenic, healthy and have better self-esteem. Women will also prefer the appearance of your penis and they will benefit from better sexual sensation if they have sex with you. You too will enjoy far better sexual sensation after you are circumcised. ALL MEN SHOULD BE CIRCUMCISED!
