It depends on the state. In the state of New Mexico, where I live, you must be 16 to drive, 17 to consent to sex, 18 to carry a gun and 21 to drink. But the laws varry from state to state.

It depends on the state, in Texas a 16 year old cannot carry a gun but can get a provisional license to drive. A 16 year old can have sex but if the age of the other person is 4 years less or older than the involved party they are having sex with they can be charged with statutory rape. Obviously the elder person is charged, not the younger.

I am unaware of any state that would legally allow a 16 yr. old to obtain a permit to carry a gun legally. Generally the lowest age would be 18 yrs. I do know that in Michigan as far as legal age to consent to sex is 16 yrs. and they can start drivers education courses at age 14yrs 8months, by the time they complete the first segment of drivers training they are usually 15 and can drive with a licensed driver over age 21 yrs, at 16, they can drive on their own during certain hours. When they reach the age of 17 yrs, they can obtain what is called a level 3 license and drive as all other drivers do. If you are wondering what the legal age to consent to sex is in your state you should contact the police department or the District Attorney's office in your area.

I am not aware of any place in the USA where a 16 year old can carry a gun.
In many states, 16 year olds can drive.
When a person is 18 years old, he/she is an adult. But until then, he/she is not an adult -- so an adult having sex with someone who's not an adult is a crime.

Nope gotta be 18 to buy a gun, chief and at 16 you can apply for your driver's license and if you pass your test you can drive however you cannot drive after midnight and between 5 AM if you're still a minor.
As for statutory rape laws yes they do exist and they exist to keep sick disgusting pedophiles away from our kids.
