I got 'lucky' once back in the 90's, but I don't recommend you try it. I was delivering Pizza one night, and kept having to go up a steep hill. This time I got up some speed so I didn't have to shift down as much. Well, the blue lights went on and I got a ticket. I didn't pay it or show up for court. About 2-3 months later I got a letter from the DMV stating that my Drivers License has been suspended. I called the DMV at the state capitol. The lady I talked to said she only had a request from a municipality to suspend but no additional details. She re-instated my license over the phone. It never appeared on my driving record and no warrants were issued....wheW! got lucky....wouldn't try it again though....

I jsut usually admit right off the bat how fast I was going and agree that I was speeding. I have been pulled over probably 20 time for speeding(no joke) and I have only recieved one ticket. Pretty good odds I'd say.

Yes. Little know fact is that with radar guns the guns need to be calibrated ever day in order to get an exact speed. Most states the cops have the gun registers that it has beem calibrated.. However most cops don't calibrate (massachusetts) every day. So I went in and told the judge I was not going that fast. On the advice of a depty sheriff. So I got off because the gun was not calibrated on that day in question.

No. I have been lucky enough to never get a speeding ticket. Not from lack of trying!

Yeah...
But that's because the judge had a million other things on his mind rather than just my ticket.

Yes, it's actually pretty easy. Most policemen don't take the time to appear in court, so the case gets thrown out.

yes. they highway patrol guy said he clocked me doing 95 in a 70, which was BS. because on my ticket he had the wrong color car and make and model. and honestly it wasn't me. but the odd were in my favor.
