Best is of course the time to knock off from work. Worst is....... no, I'm not going to say beginning of the work day, it got to be bedtime, Cos' I have not reached the max no. of answer here in Yahoo! Answers but my wife already say time to off the PC.

best time is the lunchbreak at work, when me and my colleague order food and have a good laugh to keep our minds off of work a bit.
worst time is when i drive back home after work, it takes about an hour in the crowded streets of Cairo.
