How can he get out of his mind ,She a great woman Fantastic lover Very good mother,, very good,, grand mother what she done was not real bad But he just can't get it out of his mind,, There both good people

perhaps because he keeps reminding himdelf and dont want to froget,,there is something calld positive thinking therapy u can keep telling yrself she is good she is great keep telling yrself good thing about her and keep saying she didnt do anything and with days u will forget

you just told us how good she is. remember all that and go on. if she was unfaithful then get revenge. then you will feel even and maybe more able to forgive her.
