If someone is sick you say get well, and it means get better. You are wishing someone to get healthy.

Only use on the people who are sick :
IE Ur friend is sick , so tell him , you will get well soon
Is like christmas , you surely greet Merry christmas
U dun greet ur friend Happy anniversary at christmas do you?
