Pray to learn about forgiveness. Thank God that you hadn't worked a lifetime, in anticipation of retirement, only to find out it was never really there. Remember the lesson so you are not doomed to repeat it. Do not do this to others. Let it stop with you.

If you want any answers, please elaborate. What, where, whem, how, etc to fill us in on the problem would help. Also what country are you in? The laws differ from country to country, and you'd be surprised how many people think that that all of internet is only in USA, and their home state in particular :-)
