Only important people get assisinated. anyone can get murdered.

Kill in basic terms ability which you made somebody die. Deaths in a time of war are no longer seen murders. A homicide is the intentional killing of somebody no longer for reasons of self upkeep or another "legally excused" reason. If the dying is by ability of accident, legally that's observed as manslaughter, no longer homicide. Assasination is the homicide of a guy or woman for political reasons.

Assassination is a subcategory of murder. According to Wikipedia, an assassination is "the deliberate killing of an important person, usually a political figure or other strategically important individual", while murder is simply "the unlawful, premeditated killing of a human being by another".

but if big personalities like presidents are killed they are said to be assasinated

Murder is assassination and assassination is murder. The only difference is what moral codes and laws you're willing to overlook in the name of your agenda. And believe me, nothing you're willing to overlook overrides the law - murder is murder. Period.
