Its not live but a real cool program is Distant Suns. They have demo version as well. Has lot's of neat stuff.

I am not sure if this is real time or not, but it has great solar images. One satellite is down, unfortunately.

whenever their is a sunny day just look up and stare at the sun you will be able 2 c all black spots.
