My initial thoughts were "what has he been up to?".... OK Sweetie, as we all know Men are the weakest sex - when it is offered to them on a plate few can refuse... It is possible that your man may have been tempted and is feeling bad... In which case he is also terrified that you will walk once you find out.. Either that or he is plannng on proposing to you and is terrified that he will be down on one knee and you will say No. Of course it is possible that it is work problems that are affecting him and old worries about relationships not working out in his family.. Now, you are going to have to talk and get everything out into the open. If he has been naughty forgive him, he didn't mean it.. Take a trip away, visit some crazy theme parks, swim with dolphins, skinny-dip in the ocean - whatever you both fancy doing together.. Take your relationship to the next level - the one where you can both talk to each other about anything which is worrying you and know that you will both feel better afterwards. You can be that couple everyone envies - the ones who celebrate their diamond wedding anniversary and walk down the prominade holding hands with their silver hair glistening in the moonlight.. Until the nights settle pop down to your local healthfood store and get him some Kalms or SuNerven which will help him relax... A hot milky drink before bedtime really does help too and a relaxing stroll together. Experiment in bed too, a little variety in your lives will do you both good and mak you both fall asleep exhausted but happy.. Hope it all works out well................Good Luck.

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net

Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Go talk to a psychologist or your doctor. They will suggest either a medication to get you back on a sleeping schedule. I also suggest that you make your bed your sanctuary for sex and sleep. Nothing else. No reading, writing, watching tv, using the computer or whatever else you would do outside of sex and sleep in the bed in your room. White noise can help. A warm bath, shower. Music. Chocolate. Buy a bottle of melatonin... that's a natural chemical your brain produces to help relax the body and mind for sleep. Avoid caffeine and food within 3 hours of bed. Do some yoga, walking, deep breathing exercises or any other stress reliever that works for you to get your mind off whatever is troubling you. Don't lose sleep for more than 11 days, your body will not be able to handle it and it could shut down.

Get yourself some calcium tablets and take one plus an omega 3 tablet before bed, with water. If you wake up during the night just take another calcium tablet... Works a treat.
