i am running winwos ex home and i have amd with 4'5 gigs or ram please tell me how to conect my ps2 to my pc so i can play my games right on my pc with out interfering with the famaily tv

You would need to plug in your PS2 to your monitor, not your PC. In order to do so, your monitor needs to have the appropriate type of video input. If your PS2 cannot plug directly into your monitor, you're out of luck and will either have to use the TV or buy a monitor with component video inputs.

i do that exact same thing i have a 30 inch flatpanel and im a uber gamer rofl but what i do is i bought a video capture card as if u were going to mmodify vids off of a video cam or somthing but u can get a program that makes it so you can use it for tv uses also windows media player does this and winamp with the right plug-ins

ok Listen up. You need to purchase a "VGA BOX" and these go for about $20-$50, what it does, is allows you to play ps2 on your computer monitor as if it was a television. I use it at home and I love it.

With what you want done is not possible. The only other option is to use a PS2 emulator on your computer. That method is buggy and NOT recommended! Just search for "Emulators" on yahoo search, ask.com, and google.com.
