Did Rommel really has more than 10,000 fleet of vehicles for his north africa campaign?

That number sounds awfully high. His actual number of tanks was actually only in the hundreds, and many of them were inferior Italian tanks. Possibly with support vehicles and trucks he may have had a peak force of 10,000 vehicles but I doubt it.
