I do not think there should be separate captains. May it be Ganguly or Dravid. Team should be more or less the same for the two forms. Thesedays technically poor batsman can not survive in ODI too. Best option is to concentrate on skills and technique. Video recording give u ample opportunity to attack a technically poor batsman and dislodge him. Once sure of berth in the team, the batsmen can really flourish.

I beg to disagree with you. In fact Dravid is one of the best test player and Shewag is the first Indian to score a triple hundred in Test.

Try telling that 2 Sharad Pawar, Vengsarkar, and Guru Greg., but the bottom line will be that both the teams will be less experienced.
