It amazes me how often these words are used incorrectly, especially in the media. These words elicit fear because of what people think they mean and how they are used. The sensationalism of the news to get ratings. I would just like to see how many people actually know what they mean and perhaps educate a few others.

Well S I did give you a thumbs down because of your cynicism and ignorance. First, I don't care about the – 5 points, that shows your immaturity. Second, I am an adult and I am not seeking the answer I am trying to get people to seek the answer themselves to be educated on an important topic. Third, if it is a bunch of 12 years old kids on here, do you think they are not capable of learning? So they go look up the answer online. That now makes them that much smarter than you because they took the time to actively learn something they did not know. Fourth, it does not matter who wrote what is said on the news, or if it is, or is not edited. The fact is, this is what people hear. This happens all the time with many topics, but I am focusing on this one. Many people do not know the different meanings of these words, and I think they should. There is no reason a person should be fearful if it is not warranted.
