The most common way is probably Shanna (with 2 n's). Besides that, the sky's the limit, because lots of parents try for "creative" spellings they think will make their children unique. It's fairly common these days to interpose CH with SH, so you might try with that spelling. Your best bet. though, is to ask the person or someone close to her.
